A Lead Is More Than One Person

Postby RobertNY on Mon Jun 14, 2010 9:50 pm

Recent teachings in the Voice Room and Advanced Trainings have reminded us that any lead is more than just one person since on average every person knows 250 people. Twice in the past week I have seen that in action while calling phone leads. Both leads said they were not interested in a business opportunity. I spoke in an easygoing manner with both through that rapport both agreed to look at OurGVRewards.com for Non Profit contacts they had. One noted that all the other callers that dialed him turned rude when he said he was not looking for an opportunity. He appreciated that our call was different which made him willing to consider providing a Non Profit contact.

This is also a powerful reminder of how smart our leaders are to train us to not push people to consider something they do not want. Asking for a Non Profit referral is so easy and unoffensive. And it grows our business!

These two calls could have ended as "Do Not Call" status but instead I have two organization prospects and two prospects ripe for free shopping sites. And that is only the tip of the iceberg since one of them said he had a computer savvy friend who may have interest in looking at the program as well.
